Say I eat 3000 cal/day to maintain.
I understand I should be eating 1g protein/lb of bodyweight
Fat should be 15-20% of the diet.
But what about carbs?
When im cycling and carbs drop to about 50-100g/day do i make up for calories in protein/fat? or just stay at a low caloric level?

Depends which carb cycing programme you mean (but a lot of the ones I have seen tend to do calorie cycling hand in hand with the carb cycling).
