I was thinking of going on vacation in the middle of april. this isn't going to happen. I dropped roughly about 10lbs. from 190 or so to about 180 or so. this is down from 215 in march 2009. I cut some fat and my waist dropped a few inches. but im not sure if it was worth it. Every one i know is telling me i am TOO skinny. all my clothes fit me big now. so i am not sure what to do as I wont have vacation time again till september. I could keep cutting to get visable ABS? what should i do?

not at all. try to make good food choices. but im not that dedicated. the "cut" wasn't completely by choice. i signed up for an mma class few times a week and the weight just came off. i thought it was a good thing, until i compared pictures.Originally Posted by KSANCHEZ2278

your looking good but i would think that maybe if you want to keep the mass you gotta up your calories to suit your level of activity , if your lifting weights + fight training maybe your burning more then your putting in and its effecting your muslce growth ? just a thought
if your going to compete in mma then generally the heavier you get the less reach you will have (chance of facing taller people) so being a little lighter and lean might help could be worth thinkin about unless your just training for fun then get mass as LOL.Last edited by minz; 03-29-2010 at 05:17 AM.
