Guys I just started squatting again after two knee surgeries and I can't get my form correct. My first day back I did 225x10 no problem and had an experienced lifting partner with me and he watched my form and it was great. I had no back soreness after that. However, last week I squatted two days and after that my lower back has been very tight, and I also have noticed I can't rep 225x10 or do as heavy as a work out as I could when I first started.
I feel that I am leaning too far forward. Yet, I don't have a partner now and can only go off what I am noticing. Any suggestions on how to keep my back more straight? I am trying to keep it straight while driving through with my hips. But, at the same time I feel if I lean too far back I will loose my balance.
Thanks

I am guessing you're doing low bar squats? You might need to stretch out your hips, hams and ankles.

Video yourself from various angles. Higher rep squats form usually goes down hill for a lot of guys.

I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel

Why not try doing box squats for a while, you'll have to lower the weight with these and they'll at least put you in good form and help you get into the rhythm of keeping your back solid with neutral arch right throughout. When you go back to normal squats they will have helped a great deal in sorting out your form.
