It's funny because I'm recomping and leg/calf measurements have fluctuated so much. Calves went from 14.25" to 14.5" a month ago to currently 14.25". Legs went from 21.8" to 22.25" a month ago to currently 21.5". So yeah, they're more muscular even though they've gotten smaller lols.

Yeah, calves are hard as hell for a lot of people to grow. I believe mine are currently only a little over 1" larger than they were back when I started lifting, although they look a lot bigger.
Easiest way to get them to grow is to get fatter . About 15 months ago, my calves/legs were at their largest, measuring 15.1" and 23.5". Get lean again though and they'll shrink back down lol.
In other words, get implants ******.

Oceanside Wellness & Sport in Egg Harbor Township. Here is a description from another post on this site --->
"Oceanside Gym. Located about 15 minutes from Atlantic City. Just started going there, about 35 minutes from me.
Olympic/Powerlifting/Strongman
1-200 DB's,GHR,reverse Hypers, lots of others,Several Powerracks, Boxes of various heights, suitcases, Olympic Platforms,Bumper plates, chalk stands, deadlifting platforms, bands, chains etc. 100 lb plates, indoor speed track, Big flipping tires. There bench presses actually swivel so you can unrack like you are getting a handoff. Supposed to be best gym in Jersey"
I know an NPC bodybuilder that goes there as well and I'll be training with him once my membership expires. Can't wait!
hehe if it makes you feel even better, I feel small next to almost anyone with a larger frame than me lols, even if they only have 13" arms. Taller people always look more muscular to me, especially if they have large bones.

I aint picking up plates that big anyway. My old gym had 100s, tried picking them up once and decided it wasn't worth the effort lol. But I am mad anyway that you're going to a powerlifting gym and I'm stuck in a fitness center that plays fk'n poker face at least 3 times every hour.
They're most likely larger than mine + you're taller and weigh more so either way I'd feel like a bitch next to you.

Wow, lucky bastard
First thing I tend to do irl is look at forearms and I just think "sh!t even the guys that are lankedout look like they have bigger forearms than me". Taller guys tend to have wider shoulder bones too, so they always seem larger than mine just because of height.
But yeah, fcuk you tall guys... your bone structure looks bigger than mine. Here's me before I began lifting, well after I went through puberty. You can see that most girls have bigger bones than me lol.

It's a pleasant change from my old gym where they played easy listening music all the time, and whenever the trainers changed it the old people would complain lol.
Lol my forearms there are about 10 1/2 inches, also look at my clavicles, they're so short it's not funny, yes generally tall guys have broad shoulders but I don't
Lol at least you have swole arms now.

Ha, I really hope the gym I'm joining eventually has decent music too.
I must be delusional then b/c mine are 11.8" and imo mine look smaller than yours did then lol.
As for my arms, they only look decent from the side. From the front they look skinny.
It's worth the drive
But here, scroll down for a list of PLing gyms in NJ...

Naw.

Everyone thinks their genetics suck lol, myself included. I'm finally starting to admit to myself that mine are probably close to average though lol.
You want to see guys that have nothing going for them? Check out some of the hardgainer logs over at IA.com. There's one guy that after a few years of lifting and spending quite a bit of time training with IA and doing everything correctly, he's only as strong as I was 3 months into lifting!
My forearms are kinda like that still. Us ectos always seem to have tiny forearms compared to wrists.
That's the one thing I like about my gym though, it's very close to my home. The PLing gym though is 15 minutes away but it'll definitely be worth the drive.

Hay breh <3
DLs got weak as hell. However I recently started training with IA and they started coming back up, but then I hurt my hip again a couple weeks ago and now they're on their way back down again
I can even squat more than I can DL now lols. Oddly enough, I'm recomping and still have no problem putting on size.

The problem with this site is that there are a lot of guys that bullsh!t their measurements and/or claim they're natural when they really aren't. Then guys with average genetics that are natural think they're genetics are sh!t because they aren't near as big as the guys on gear, which is why so many guys end up turning to gear eventually. Check out the forum @ weightrainer.net if you ever have time and you'll find a bunch of naturals that have reached their genetic limit, ranging from guys with below average to awesome genetics.
Don't forget being lean also has a lot to do with how you look... most guys look their best at 9-10% body fat. If your bf% is in the high teens like I suspect, you'll be amazed at the difference getting down to 10%, even 12%, will make.

Oh yeah guise, I was gonna post this earlier but forgot. I found a relaxed clothed pic from just about a year ago, so I thought I'd take another one today in the same exact pose/position. Interesting how I look much different in my shirtless pics now compared to this time last year, but with clothes on there's not a huge difference (although I did fill out a medium t-shirt @ 5'6 ).

I know, that's why I thought I'd give you the link . You wouldn't think most of these gyms would be PL'ing gyms by just looking at the name. Like Oceanside Wellness & Sport near me... I knew it existed for awhile but had no idea that's where most of the bodybuilders/powerlifters/strongmen in South Jersey trained until a couple guys told me about it.
And thanks a lot breh. I wouldn't call it a huge difference but I'm happy the same shirt doesn't sit as low as it used to lol.
lmao'd irl.
Just go around posting random tallguy vids in every thread for the next day, just like your multicolored font trend lolol.
