It felt great until I got the email telling me that it wasn't good enough . There were pull-ups he accepted that were clearly worse, but whatever. Next pull-up contest is BW pull-ups so now that I have time to train for it I'm hoping to own it. I already did 34 chin-ups on a bad day (my chins and pulls are about equal) and the overall winner of the last BW pull-up contest hit 30 pull-ups so I'm hoping to win this next one. I should start sled-pulling soon too, so that will help get my endurance up even more.
Birthday was good! Finished 2 cakes in the last couple days and have been stuffing my face with a bunch of other food.5/3/1 Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137728193

Nope, he just said "not approved" :/.
I already did 34 reps with very little training and I felt like sh!t that day, however not every rep was completely deadhang. I'm sure I could do at least 40 deadhang pull-ups soon though, especially if my BW stays relatively low.
Actually 19 lbs, but I was also wearing a t-shirt/shorts when I weighed myself. I'll probably weigh ~130 in the AM though, which is still a lot compared to a couple days ago. Even with a ton of food in my stomach from yesterday, my waist was 25" this morning so it's not like I'm gaining fat or anything either. I felt much stronger on Friday after eating carbs for just a couple hours so I'm interested to see how tomorrow's workout goes.5/3/1 Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137728193

Yep, I'm better at BW pull-ups w/ a high # of reps than weighted with low reps so hopefully I'll win that contest.
Weighed 128 lbs this morning, so AM weight is about 10 lbs more than this time last week. Shoulders are still killing me from pull-ups but it should be a good workout anyway.
Haha, I think unst0pp4bl3 showed me that vid a couple weeks ago.5/3/1 Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137728193

You should try sometime, just do sets of 8 or so. They'll go up pretty quickly too if you keep doing them.
Shoulders/forearms are dead, which is why I'm not doing weighted pull-ups this week.
Haha I didn't watch that one yet but I saw it in his video playlist.
Not yet, I'm going to take a shower now and I may make it once I think of a name for it. Any ideas guise??
I'll post the link here though as soon as I make it.5/3/1 Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137728193

Very nice mayne! You got any pics?? You must look much better now that you're down to 10%.
Haha I'm depleted as hell but still gaining muscle somehow, although slowly. I'm almost finished cutting though, so I should look a lot more filled out once I get carbs back in my system on a daily basis.5/3/1 Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137728193

I'm horrible about taking pics lol. I take them and I always feel like I look horrible so I end up deleting them. My waist is down to like 30.5 inches in the mornings though. The smaller waist makes me look a lot bigger lol. Did sandblaster keep training you after wesley passed? Or are you just back on your own again?

NEW JOURNAL IS UP!

30.5" is tiny for your frame, very nice job! I'm sure you look great in pics with a waist that small... it's most likely all in your head. A smaller waist automatically makes everything else appear more muscular, so it sounds like your cut was a success.
EXM is training IA's former clients, but I'm holding off on training until I'm back to massing and my hip is healed. For now, I'm just doing my own thing.5/3/1 Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137728193
