I won't PR on anything except MAYBE curls/lateral raises but hopefully you'll PR on bench. Summer classes are so much easier than during the fall. That's why I'm getting three over with now so I only have 3 in the fall + I'll have a 4 day weekend every week for the second semester in a row .

I've mentioned it a few times but I'm 22 (no ****) and still can't make myself leave the teen misc + most of the guys here that I talk to are in college or close enough to it so I relate to everyone better than the fast-paced misc. I think Bon and I are the only two 22 year olds left lol.

Son I feel like I'm disappearing. Waist is at like less than 31 and arms will drop below 15 soon. Same strength as when I started cutting though. ****ing **** haha. I'm going to be smaller than I expected. Oh well. This will allow me to see whats going on now.

At some points during your cut, you'll just feel like you're shriveling down to nothing, but soon enough you'll get to the point where you'll see muscle you never knew you had. Most people will feel like that when cutting.... you'll feel small as hell at times and muscular at others.
Monday 7/19:
Weight: 131.2 lbs
Decline Bench
TT: 2x3x165, 4x165 (strength is coming back up a bit, whoo)
Opposite workout of last time.... stronger on compounds but weaker on isolation exercises.
Some big kid asked me to spot him on bench today so I did so. He did an all out 245x3 w/ half reps the set before but I wasn't aware of this until my father told me (he lifted with me today). So I go to spot him on 275, unracked the weight after he counted down to 3, put it over his chest, let go after it was in place, he brought it to his chest and didn't bring it up and he says "you dropped it on my chest" as I was lifting the bar off his chest. I don't think I'm in the wrong here, but the dumb ass should've had control of the damn bar after it was put in place properly. Lesson learned, don't spot idiots with oversized egos that put way too much weight on the bar. I have no idea why he thought an all out 245x3 half reps equates to a 275 lb max anyway.
Complaint #2: Ditzy asians. I put my crap on top of a bench and go about 20 feet away to grab some DBs and two skinny asian kids thought my bench was empty for whatever reason and set their sh!t up there as I'm coming back with the DBs. I had to point out that my crap was clearly on the bench before I located them to another bench lol. Then they proceed to do about 8 sets of DB bench with 20 lb DBs with horrendous form. fuuuuuuuuuu just 1 more month @ this gym!5/3/1 Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137728193

I'm happy knowing I'm that much closer to being done with this gym. After my deload next week, I'll only be lifting heavy @ my current gym for 3 more weeks until joining the PLing gym. O me so excited.
<3
I said ditzy asians not dirty. I'd only call them dirty if I caught them stealing my sh!t lol.
Haha I had my hands underneath the bar and everything and after the lift off I didn't end up touching the bar until I had to pull it off his chest. I even warned him that I wouldn't touch the bar unless he couldn't get it off his chest or if it was going downward instead of up.
Not too much although form was horrible and uncontrolled, but they did struggle a lot with the 40 lb ez-bar upright rows that they supersetted with.5/3/1 Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137728193

Friday 7/23:
Weight: 131.2 lbs
DB Rows
TT: 3x10x100 (slow)
Tricep Pushdowns
TT: 12x65 (easy), 12x72.5 (2 rep PR) (fairly easy)
Tricep pushdowns were probably the highlight of today's workout, mainly because I haven't done them in at least about few months and they were fairly easy today. I'm pretty confident I can add weight next time I do them.
The best part of today's workout though was lifting with KB . He forgot his memory card so no vids lol. Unlike what he always says, he's not fat at all but at the same time he definitely appears to have enough mass to benefit from cutting. It was a fun day though and we were in the gym well over 2 hours lol. As for a smaller highlight, when I was doing upright rows I saw a slight vein in my bicep for the first time horizontally crossing my main bicep vein haha. Good sign that I'm getting a bit leaner, but I may need to up the cals for a week or two to get my metabolism functioning better.5/3/1 Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137728193

Haha yeah you have no idea how much I like seeing a vein or striation I've never seen before lol. It took me a year and a half until I could see my first forearm vein and since then I've wanted to see even MOAR.
I'm just trying to do everything I can to make DB rows hard since I only have 100 lbs. As of right now I'm just doing them slow and with as much ROM as possible, although it's a bit harder to do that when I approach 15 reps.
I should've IRL negged you anyway though for forgetting the memory card. Either way, you're f'ed next time .
There were quite a few fat/skinny-fat guys in my gym today and you were far from one of them lol. Once you lose a small layer or two of fat though, BOOM striations and veinzorz. @ 12% body fat you'll look a lot more like me and 10% is supposed to be a HUGE jump from 12% when it comes to looking cut.5/3/1 Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137728193

Hehe I'm curious to know how much KB thinks I weigh lol.
Ha I rarely ever spot anyone and last time I did it was only 95 lbs so that was fine. I'm not spotting idiots anymore though lols.
Me too, they're a great exercise imo. I noticed overhead DB extensions carried over extremely well to them as well. I think I added about 20 lbs to my pushdowns after going up a lot on pushdowns and I noticed the different in size as well. They're fairly easy to move up in weight on as well imo.5/3/1 Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137728193

Hell yeah!
Nah, lots of out of shape guys today in the gym. You'll look a lot better when you lean out.
Lol I was jerking 100 lbs when I started but I'll be jerking more once I go heavier in the next gym. You'll surpass me on DB rows in no time though.
Haha I was actually surprised how good she was being. I find it funny that we almost did leave her there and she just ran out bitching.
Btw, how much do I look like I weigh irl ******? I never have the opportunity to ask this irl and it would feel gay doing so haha. O me so curious5/3/1 Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137728193

know what you mean by that...i think a lot of time how swole you look depends on your attire. i got these wifebeaters which are a size too big for me and they make me look small but if i wear a medium cutoff or something i look swole, the tighter the better for the most part, brb ordering small wifebeaters lulz. also depends on the time of day and how much water and **** you are retaining but overall its a bigasss mindgame
lol 25" waist holy ****...youre gonna be able to hold a 10 lb plate next to your waist and its gonna be bigger than it fuuuuu
also, i think i understimated my bf% a few weeks ago and im now closer to 11% or so since my abs/overall definition and vascularity is popping a lot faster and abs when flexed are pretty crazy, starting to see the lines more when relaxed. still waiting for the big drop where i look bigger though, its gonne be so relieving to just be done. i only started doing the cardio last week seriously and its definitely making a huge difference too
im pretty sure the Warrior Diet can also be just one meal a day, I talked to a guy a while back on here who i got an interview for simplyshredded and he said he uses the warrior diet. i don't think i'd be able to stick to it mentally though lol
the link for his diet is down but he said it worked very well for cutting IIRC
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=120853941
definitely agree on looking small some times and big others, ****s with the mind
also, lulz @ the kid ego lifting. i was actually spotting this kid at my old gym a week or so back who had like 275 on but he has retard strength and is huge for his age and he easily puts up 315+ but his form was iffy as **** kept looking like he was gonna drop it and just racks it way too fast
lucky bastard, i wanna lift with kev
ive had that same vein you are talking about for a few weeks now and it gets more prominent each week, feels sick seeing that **** pop on curls

Well when you do them eventually they'll come up fast!
The argument was actually over Goodfellows and they have awesome burgers lol. I guarantee you I'll be eating there tomorrow.
Sweet!
O hai Kyle!
That's true, it really is a big ass mindgame. I think a lot of it depends on your mood too. Getting lean really does make a big difference though and I'm seeing it more and more.
Haha, I think I would need a 15" waist to do that
Sweet! The difference between 11% & 12% is pretty big so you're probably there like you say. Keep it up!
Wow no way in hell could I do that... I'd be so full halfway through!
Damn that's scary! I would hate to spot 315 with iffy form.
Drive a few hours to Jersey
You seem to be losing fat pretty fast which is good. Feels really good to notice fast progress like that too. I'm stalling pretty hard and I think it's because my thyroid isn't functioning nearly as well as it could be. I think after upping the cals for a couple weeks I should be good to go.5/3/1 Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137728193

about time its going good lol i stalled for a week or two due to a vacation and not strict dieting. everything is pretty solid now. 1900 or 2k seems a bit low even for your weight, so the refeed might do you some good.
also, forgot to mention this but recently ive put a lot of faith in scivation products and saw you ordered some quake so im really interested in how that works for you. also have you tried solution 5 yet? i have xtend and definitely going to stick with it, check out this article aswell its pretty sweet: http://www.strengthandscience.com/wordpress/?p=61
i recently just bought two 5 lb tubs of their whey too if youre interested here's a link for that aswell (prices were 5 bucks/tub lower but shipping is very low and stays the same despite the weight): http://www.muscleandstrength.com/sto...y-protein.html~Sh!tty Chest Crew~ CEO & Founder

Good sh!t. I'm going to ask IA what I should do, but it's most likely going to involve eating more for a couple weeks.
Yep, I rarely use any pre-workout stims but I decided to compare samples I have of superpump, 1MR, and quake. Out of all of them, quake was the best since it wasn't extremely powerful like 1MR and it helped me focus more than the others. If you're not sensitive to stims like I am, you might like 1MR better. Superpump was the worst, as it just made me jittery early on and crash early.
Wow, that whey is damn cheap. I may purchase some5/3/1 Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137728193

Yep, I have one carb up day per week now (used to be two). Right now I consume 2200 cals on carb days and ~1900-2000 on non-carb days. I do have very little carbs most of the time though and I've been dropping the cals more and more so I guess that caught up with me. I should be back on track soon enough though.

Well I told him I was going to focus on cutting more, and he said in an older post that with the type of diet I'm doing that 2 carb days is better for a recomp and 1 carb day is better for cutting. So I just did it by myself pretty much. I never even told him how many carb days I have though but I will next time I call him.
