Hey I've been working out for 4-5 months now but haven't seen results. So I'm changing up my workouts. Which split do you think is better?
Option A:
Monday- Chest/cardio
Tuesday- Legs/Abs
Wednesday- Back/cardio
Thursday- Shoulders/Abs
Friday- Bi/Tri/cardio
Saturday- Off
Sunday- Off
Option B:
Monday- Back/bi/cardio
Tuesday- Chest/tri/abs
Wednesday- Shoulders/traps/cardio
Thursday- Off
Friday- Legs/abs
Saturday- Off
Sunday- Off
