Monday - Chest 5x6-12
Tuesday- Back 5x6-10 after 1 hour cardio ( 5x5 soccer)
Wendsday- Legs 5x6-12
Thursday- Shoulders- 5x6-12
Friday-Triceps-Biceps 5x6-12 after 1 hour cardio (5x5 soccer)
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 1 hour cardio Soccer
Need to gain some muscle,
shall i reduce reps or cardio ?
Is it better to have legs on cardio day?
Shall i reduce some days in the gym ?
