I just mixed Greek yogurt with XF Arctic Lemonade protein and it was absolutely amazing...Seriously - Try now!

use ***e Greek yogurt
add xf choco
mix in oats
add cherries
freeze for 30-40 mins
it's like cherry Garcia no jokeGoodbye fried rice, hello fried chicken!

greek yogurt + 1tbsp melted pb + 1 tbsp cocoa powder = pure deliciousness
or mix it with hot sauce,chilli,and garlic powder makes a great dip or salad dressingIt is in the darkest of times, when your Light has the potential to shine its brightest

* with fruit
* mix in a little of your favorite high fiber cereal (I like Kashi GoLean)
* make a dip out of it (ranch seasonings, whatever dip flavor you like)
* use plain in place of sour cream, mayonaise, and creme fraiche in recipes
* smoothies
* frozen yogurt
* tzatziki sauce
