Hey so i dont have that much money but i want to start eating better and losing weight alot more, im also working out as well. I spend about $2 for each meal that i eat. Im not saying i cant spend more than $2 but thats what is a good price but not to healthy. I suck at cooking so its hard for me to cook stuff that are decent. I usually just have my gf cook. So if anyone know any diet plans that are budget happy let me know and maybe some good places to get some cheap food, or maybe places to get coupons as well to get it even cheaper...Any advice will help. Thank you very much.

Well if you dont buy crap you can save a lot of money.
Example of cheap, but really healthy food.
Eggs - Cheap as protein right there.
Oats - Cheap too. Good Carbs.
Veg - Yams, Brocoli, Spinach etc.
Nuts - generic brand nuts are cheap
Fruit - Specials all the time on fruit.
Anything without a wrapper is cheap, if its package, get the store brand.
Meat and Fish sales at supermarkets are common. Try to figure out when they occur. Shop at night, late they usually have more deals.- If you can't explain it simply, then you don't understand it well enough.
