I recently have been drinking 2 gallons of water per day easily. I cant stand the taste of plain water so I have been using these drink mix pouches that claim to be sugar and calorie free. When I mix them in a gallon of water, I can practically drink the whole thing within 30 miuntes and still be thirsy for more. I seem to feel energized too. For some reason which Im trying to figure out though is how my defintion is really off compared to before. I though I was retaining water but today I looked at the ingredients on one of these pouches and listed second in the ingredients was maltodextrin. The mix claims to be calorie and sugar free per serving. There are alot of servings in just one pouch. I have 2 pouches a day. What is the chance that these are really not what they say they are?

Whats Your Thoughts, "Calorie Free"?

Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own. You were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.

If you haven't been counting them and are not trying to lose weight and not losing, than I see no difference if you continue to use them. By pics, you dont look like u should be cutting.
