i've seen hits from both sports, nfl hits have a higher impact...........its been proven already.

tough is subjective here because we are not using a constant indicator to judge its parameters.

both sports are tough, play american football with out pads and get a full contact hit...............trust me.............................. you will have bones crushed/broken. it happens in pick-up games(backyard, informal games on a field/street/park) every weekend.

if you think rugby's "tougher"....good for you brah...i'm a fan of both sports including beta a$$ soccer football(as the misc puts it).

I think American football is a crap sport. People just run into each other like retards, seriously. Probably the least tactical sport. It tends to favour people with explosive speed. Rugby is a mix of everything, you have the bulk in the centre and always quick and agile wingers.

Its obvious it's a rip off of Rugby and definately inferior.

Soccer is not alpha but takes the most skill, and is the hardest to be very good at and the best to watch.
