this is me now i am 180
can u tell my body fat in either pics... i got more serious with bulking and lifting and 10 moths ago... thats when i spiked to 180, is there a noticible difference?

looking massive bro you gained a ton of size and muscle huge increase everywhere. feeling like your shoulders could have gained some more size so maybe try focusing on that and chest however your chest looks pretty defined it just needs to catch up with the rest of you. good luck and keep up the good work bro. whats the wheels look like?

i ate like a beast, i eat 3 fat meals a day, cereal in with breakfast always eggs too.... salad with lunch and dinner, i eat beef jerky daily.... i took protein shots (25gs) for 4 months str8 daily... i take an amino acid multi vitamin to help synthesize my protein... i eat fat bro, like im a starving kid in 3rd world poverty or some thing, for 2 of those 10 months i was in basic training and the MRE's have a ton of calories in them, i eat a lot of pasta too when i can, add fish to ur bulk plan too...just start eating like a beast.... oh yea i eat dinner after i work out i dont know if that has anything to do with it or not
