I don't know what your definition of foreign aid is, but the vast majority of the funds the US provides to israel are for
A) joint projects for military research
B) buying US equipment.

I think you need to rethink your definition of 'foreign aid'
Yea, the US is helping Israel. They're allies. In return, Israel is helping the US.
This is mutual, it's not a donation.

I support ron paul, but get over yourselves with the "we could stop wasting money with foreign aid to Israel" - virtually all of it comes back in the form of technology, equipment, and strategic assets.
The relationship with Israel is based on a mutual benefit.
I'm not disagreeing with Ron Paul's point of giving Israel its sovereignty back - but to tell an ally to go fend off on its own is how you lose allies.
