    JOOOST's journey to 6-pack abs

    Hi guys,

    Today is the start of my very first cut. I've been bulking since september 2009 and gained about 20lbs, most of that is muscle but I did gain a bit of fat. My guess is I went from 14-15% to 16-17% bf.
    But now that the summer is in sight I'm motivated to lose all the fat I gained and more. My goal is to be sub 10% by summer (june-july somewhere).


    Starting stats
    Height: 6'5"
    Weight: 210.5lbs


    Goals
    The first short-term goal I have is to weigh 197lbs by may 20th. So that's 13.5lbs in 9 weeks or 1.5lbs per week.

    Week 1: Goal: 209
    Week 2: Goal: 207.5
    Week 3: Goal: 206
    Week 4: Goal: 204.5
    Week 5: Goal: 203
    Week 6: Goal: 201.5
    Week 7: Goal: 200
    Week 8: Goal: 198.5
    Week 9: Goal: 197


    Diet
    I don't have an exact nutrition plan yet, as I'm not sure how many calories I'll have to eat to lose weight at this tempo. I will not be doing any low carb or other specific diets, just a caloric deficit and about a 40-40-20 macro.

    Supplementation
    90g Whey protein concentrate
    10g L-Glutamine
    10g BCAA's
    5g Creatine
    3g Beta-alanine
    6000mg fish oil
    multi-vitamin
    caffeine


    Training
    I'll be doing weight training 4-6 days a week.
    My split is:
    - Chest, Triceps
    - Back, Biceps
    - Shoulders, abs
    - Legs
    I'll be alternating between these.

    Cardio will be 4 days a week. After weight training or on non-weight training days.
