Thumbs up Need 4 days, twice a week per muscle workout routine.

    Hi guys,

I need a 4 days workout split BULK routine in which a muscle group must be trained TWICE A WEEK.
    Tue,Wed and Sat,Sun.
    Need only compound exercises.
and I can spend just 45 min on Tue and Wed so gimme a routine which can be completed in 45 min on Tue and Wed... I can spend good time working out on Sat and Sun..

    Thanks in Advance.

The reading comprehension in this forum is outstanding! You got two good suggestions, but obviously neither of them fit your needs as they both require 3 non consecutive training days!

Your best bet is an Upper/Lower split, to give you a better suggestion of a specific routine we would need to know more about your experiance level, equipment available, and what sort of volume/intensity you have seen the best results from.

You would be increasing the workload of an already very demanding routine. Doesn't sound like a good idea.

    Push/pull or upper/lower is better.

    Legit.
