    please help me change or create a new 3 day split im struggling big time

    hi i am currently doing a 3 day split due to work pattern changes

    i am doing an upper lower split over tues.weds,fri

    it is based around compound movements mainly as i am beggining to bulk up again this is the routine

    1 upper......pullups,barbell row,reverse grip latpulldown. incline barbell press.incline dumbell press.military press.skullcrushers,barbell curls.
    hammercurls

    2 lower......leg extensions (warm up) squats.leg press, leg curls,calf raise (machine and leg press) romanian deadlifts....then abs although it isn't lower body


    3 upper.....pressups,incline dumbell press.incline barbell press.close grip seated cable row,wide grip lat pull down, dumbell shoulder press.bench dips,alternate dumbell curl.reverse curls


    i no theres nothing for traps or side or rear delts but from what i have red online these muscles will be worked with the likes deadlifts etc

    i am really struggling to get a decent workout together,,, can someone please get me sorted out with something or rearange this round to work well thanks so much and help will be brilliant

    Fri: Shoulders/Legs
    Sat: Off
    Sun: Repeat or if you want to wait till Monday again maybe some cardio.

    If you're a beginner why not do a beginner program instead of fumbling around with who knows what?

    i never mentiioned being a begginer mate "beginning to bulk up again"
    i am just after reviews on the split and movements or any good changes people can put forward thanks
