I was wondering if people could post any studies they know of showing that t boosters are safe (natural or synthetic boosters).
My concern is that there is a general physiological trend that says 'If you ingest a necessary component of health that the body normally produces itself, your body will begin to produce less of it over time as you continue to receive the nutrient from the environment instead. When you stop receiving the nutrient from the environment, you will become deficient for a period of time until your body realizes it needs to start producing again.' I know this isn't true of everything, but I also know it is especially true of hormones. I believe this is the reason people need PCT after PH, right?
So my question (and I'd prefer answers with references) - are Test boosters safe, and if so, won't you see an increase in testosterone in the beginning until your body stops producing, and then from that point on, your test levels will normalize and you will be wasting money, only to find yourself deficient when you stop?
Thanks for any answers. I'm hoping I'm wrong but would like to be proven wrong using scientific data if possible.

The test-boosters most often used/discussed on the forum are quite safe. They boost testosterone, without inhibiting/slowing natural testosterone production. This basically means that you get a nice boost while on the test-booster, without diminishing/reducing what your body is producing. When you stop taking the test-booster, your hormone levels will slowly return to baseline.
I suppose if one were to take a test-booster for an extended period that the body could start to reduce natural production, which is the reason most/all companies recommend you run them for 4-8 weeks with a break after that to allow your body to normalize.NSCA-CSCS and CPT

Most Test boosters just optimize your test levels..how ever, after taking my first bottle of T- Bomb 2..my gf noticed a slight shrinkage in my balls.

safe? probably. effective? probably not. If you have normal levels for an 18 year old, you probably won't notice much of a change, as your body is cranking out a lot of it right now. Boosters are most useful for guys in their 30's or 40's who have experienced the negative effects of naturally reduced testosterone (which is a normal effect of getting old )

No one is going to recommend it to you. Wait until you're 21+ and then decide if you want to take it and even then, do a bunch of research before trying it. As also being 18, our testosterone production is already extremely high so it wouldn't help as much as you would expect it to. Only my opinion.
