you're benching 2 plates (100kg)
this is what my friend told me today, mind you hes benching 140kg, and deading 5 plates.
i asked him why i didnt have proper size towards the bottom of my chest like i do at the top, it goes inwards. asked him whether i should do more incline, hes just focus on getting your whole chest stronger and bigger, told me he didnt have proper mass and shape at the bottom until he was benching 100kg.
any truth in this?

the biggest kid ive ever seen think his biceps are big from BENCH PRESSING and being as big as he is i dont contradict him but instead i just say "no its because you are black" but me and him are tyte so he doesnt hurt me
180 Bench
