6 months ago I started to take monthly pic of myself on 15th of the month and make a log of my progress. So here is the result of 6 months of hard work.
I still have about 10-15lb of fat on me but I am going to work on adding some muscle for next 8 weeks before doing another cut.
My starting weight was 265lb so dont mind the loose skin around my mid section. Hopefuly it will get better over time. (not too concern about it any more)
