pushups- 32, 6 (all out)

squat bar x3 warmup
150x42
deads barbell
182x27 regrip at rep 20 (extra rep for punishment)
overhand grip
I had more in me in squats, feeling real good now, PUMPED everywhere.
BW 176 upfrom 160
wearing same jeans 33's loose in was it, feeling tight at thighs, good sign!!!

plenty of rest

(up 4-reps, and was not an all out effort, but it's getting tough)
deads doubleoverhand grip touch and go-
172x15, 187x16
rockin the forearms!!! I was on the ground in a lactic acid moment for 15mins just cause the forearm/grip pump.
....and the results, I tore a big boy phonebook in about half a minute a few weeks ago (haven't tried one of these in years, cause it would take me like 5-mins.
cant' wait till me meet again!!! see ya in about 25days!

wow, things are looking good here, I'm up to 180lb, 20lb in about 6-months.
still same jeans, loose waist, but man are they tight at the thighs.
I went from eating 3-whole eggs at meal, to 4-5 whole eggs, and from 1-PBJ to 2 at lunchtime.
I eat homemade mac/salad all the time, and chocolate almost every night.
squat- 150x46
up 4-reps
deadlifts with underhand grip (new)
150x32
kept it easy today, well the squats are not that easy, oogha!
