Left shoulder seems perfectly fine these days. Right shoulder is not 100% (don't think it ever will be; it's been wrecked since 1991) but it's better than it has been in a long while. Have even considered doing some flat bench again but I am just going to keep doing what I'm doing for now. Current program seems to be working, and it seems to be generally easier on my shoulder.

Two pages of your form sucks...? Your bad form is heavier than mosts good form. Only thing I really see is a lot of mid back rounding. My weights are 100lbs less than yours, so I'm not really one to talk... Good stuff Jim.

Squaterday
Great workout overall, but squats were a mixed bag today. Progressions sets were very good, almost a carbon copy of last week. Was happy to get a 2nd rep @ 385 though, for the first time ever with no belt, and repeated the 4 plater with no belt again. Top end and back-off sets just plain sucked. I simply ran out of gas on these. Lower back was toast.
Ham and Calf work was pretty good; walked out of there with all lower body muscles screaming for mercy.
Work was done.

You back at Millcreek now? Or still going to Meadowvale?
Curious to see how you like the GHR station...

Thanks; working on a new strategy to get my squats up and build my legs at the same time. Trying to get to a point where I can rep some heavy weight (405) without the belt and wraps, then start going for some REALLY heavy (500+) singles.
Have made some decent improvement in the last few weeks. Reasonably happy.
This is the machine. Have not seen anyone else rep the stack (or anywhere close to it).
And the funny thing is I HATE that exercise.Insta: flexjs

The GHR is kinda tricky. You should Definitely use a tutorial for first-timers. I have used it a few times and honestly I do not like it one bit. I would just rather use a 45-degree back extension setup. Crossfitter will use it also for situps and that just crushes my tailbone and lower spine. All around a piece of equipment that can be done without, IMO.
