i naturally have fat legs and small breasts. whenever i use fat loss topicals to lose weight (napalm, eviscerate) and apply them to my legs, they get thinner and my breasts remain the same or get bigger. kinda sucks tho, when i stop using them, my legs do stay the same, but then my boobs disappear again
