    Creatine Dangerous??

I was looking around on the internet for more information on how creatine help muscle growth and all that, and I found this. I know this is everyday ordinary people and their opinions but it still makes you wonder who's right and if it is safe.

Ignore those. There are plenty of studies showing the benefits of supplementing with creatine.

Here is some info from the International Society of Sports Nutrition.

Despite lingering myths concerning creatine supplementation in conjunction with exercise, CM remains one of the most extensively studied, as well as effective, nutritional aids available to athletes. Hundreds of studies have shown the effectiveness of CM supplementation in improving anaerobic capacity, strength, and lean body mass in conjunction with training. In addition, CM has repeatedly been reported to be safe, as well as possibly beneficial in preventing injury

response #1 in that link had a good point, and most people who experience problems are the ones who are not properly hydrated anyway .

Nice article and good point. Makes me feel more secure that I'm no putting something hazardous into my body.

Stopped reading after "but actually I work at GNC".....

Seriously though, interesting topic, but there are people passing off bad experiences as absolute fact in there. It is kind of ridiculous really.
