Just wondering how long my pre bed snack/shake/meal lasts in my system and if it has any effect on my AM workout? Reps to logical or sited answers.
Example: if I eat a tuna sandwhich at 11:00pm and hit the gym at 7am will there be any difference if I went to bed on an empty stomach?
I understand catabolic effects of not eatin or takin casein etc. My real question is, is a meal late PM going to influence my next days training results?!!
Thanks!

1) Your body will not go "catabowling" overnight. It takes much much longer.
2) One meal (irrelevant of it's timing) does not effect next-day performance, but rather total daily macro/cal intake.
3) AM training (just like PM training) preference varies from person to person. Find what works best for you.The above statement/post does not represent the opinions of anyone in real life. This is the internet. Not real life. Anyone who cannot grasp the difference between the two lacks the basic intelligence necessary for survival and should not be allowed to form opinions.
