    calories in supplements

i was just wondering if your supposed to count the calories in your supplements towards your daily totals. i never really thought about it before but with fish oil and vitamins and all that im close to 200 calories worth, and thats a pretty decent sized snack i could be having.
    thanks in advance

yeah you count them in your total, add the fat in fish to your daily fat intake and so on, but really they arent that much to worry about
