When im not in keto, WW bread, A full can of tuna, mustard, lettuce. I don't use any condiments with sugar like ketchup or fat like mayo. On keto i just eat a pure tuna spread with tuna and mayo. unreal.

for me i get whole wheat bread..a slice of american cheese, mix the tuna with some miracle whip and add some a1 steak sauce

Step 2: Take out can opener
Step 3: Use can opener to open can of tuna

1 wrap (whole weat)
1 can tuna drained
1 tbsp mayo
Bit of olive oil
Tabasco sauce
Salt(depends on days) + pepper
Green onion and Green bell peppers
Cheese if needed.

On foreman grill, toast tuna sandwiches with tomatoes and cheddar cheese. Can add mayo if needed and hotsauce... So ****ing good!
