Well..I just moved here to Nevada and don't have enough enough money to get a gym membership so I I just do in home workouts with no weights. My cousin who just got released from prison told me to do burpees. This is what I do on a weekly schedule..was wondering if i could increase without hurting myself or if I should add anything.
Day 1/2 (Cardio X, from p90x dvd) then I do 10 burpees in decending order immedietly after.
DAY 3 I do shadow boxing and such pretty intense actually
Day 4/5 (Cardio X) 10 burpees again.
day 6 shadow boxing,
I eat : fish, brown rice, oatmeal, tri tip, stuff like that, also I will say I am seeing FAST results in definition in my arms/chest..im talkin flab to hard..just not there yet
