Really the only proven methods are:
1. Time
2. Fill it out with muscle(obviously this can only do so much)
3. Surgery
There are a lot of ointment and massage ideas out there that supposedly help but nothing concrete really.Fat Loss for Newbs guide: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=113693871

I've heard several times that drinking a lot of water every day will help. It won't be major but every little bit helps imo.
edit: and I had a rest period for a month couple months back, in that period my body was getting used to the changes I guess (more muscle less fat) I noticed in that time my skin got tighter in my belly region. So dunno if that's coincidence but letting your body adapt may help.
