I was really stoked to get picked for a free 1.75 lb tub of this. I haven't had much luck with Strawberry proteins in general so I was eager to try ONs new take on it.

Here is how I've used it so far...

1 scoop in 8-10 oz milk with strawberry oatmeal

This is the quickest and easiest breakfast I've had going. Oatmeal goes in the microwave while the Hydrowhey goes in the Magic Bullet. Minute or two later both are done and ready to consume.

There's little to no mixing problems this way. Taste is easily the best strawberry whey I've tried. The hefty dose of 30g is solid for a single serving, doesn't make the 20 serving tub look so bad.

1 scoop Hydrowhey
1 scoop XF Lemonade Whey
1 serving AI Essentials
1 scoop AI Orange Cycle Support
14 or so ounces of Lemon Lime juice

Great tasting Strawberry Lemonade! Can't notice any of the extras I put in. I mixed in the Magic Bullet then transferred it to the shaker. These two were made to be drank together omnomnom.

No artificial or strange aftertaste for a strawberry protein this is
definitely a plus also no bloating or stomach issues noticed.

Seriously? I thought it tasted very artificial, hmm. Choc was fine though, still haven't gotten a chance to try the vanilla out, bought a tub of the choc & finished it, debating on strawberry or vanilla.
