hi im currently on a high protein low carb diet as in prep for a cruise in 2months. I work out about 3x.. my workout plan could definitly be more of a regimen.. but i was looking into adding some supplements.. i never have before, and my body is not really use to caffeine as i dont even drink coffee. so i was wondering of a good supplement to try to help burn fat and help with the weight loss.
also training question.. if im trying to lose weight how often s hould i be doing cardio for what amount of time? and weights how long how much how heavy? i feel like my thighs and arms are big enough why add more bulk!
