    Why not? If youre strategically bulking, then you have a set number of carbs you can eat for the day. If you want pasta every day and it fits....eat pasta.

    If you're bulking, why would you be afraid of eating it every day?! It'd actually be encouraged if anything, since pasta is awesome in terms of it's high carb content. I'm bulking at the moment and i do 2 cups of wholemeal pasta everyday for one of my 5 carb meals. Quick to eat, quick to cook, and high calories. Everything you need.

    You'll often hear bb'ers refer to pasta as an "ideal food" for bulking anyway.
