Two days ago a girl I know posted "Just got back from a 2.5 hour gym session, now time for kickboxing class!" She just had a baby. I posted "what could you possibly doing for 2.5 hours at the gym? I give it two more weeks before you end up overtraining."
This was quickly followed by dozens of people telling me I'm an idiot, an *******, and I'm just jealous of her motivation (lulz) She justified her actions with "my doctor said it was okay." She is the typical 545234 hours of cardio and eats like half of a piece of lettuce a day, and then binges like a mofo because she's borderline bulimic.
Anyway some white knight tried to call me out here are the screen shots of the convo:
He never responded to my last post. I own my own gym with a friend, so we decided the best course of action was to e-mail him to come up and compete against me, and we're going to film it to use as a promo for our gym. I sent him the e-mail, have yet to hear back.

I don't understand how it can get this far.
After everybody replied to your first post you should have posted something along the lines of:
Firstly, none of you know anything more than a high school gym class teaches you about exercising so please don't get involved.
Secondly, there is a point where you train too much and it leads to a state of overtraining. For example if you spent 12 hours at the gym would you say that is too much? Well 2 and a half hours is also too much. (Then maybe add something on about overtraining)Career Mod Negs: 4
