RJX118's T-Sport 16 week log. PUTTING ON SOME QUALITY LEAN MASS.
Hey guys,
My name is Jon and I am taking part in the T-Sports NO BETA transformation challenge. My goal is to pack on 12lbs (or more) of quality lean mass in the next 4 months. My diet is already nailed in and I am training 4x a week and doing minimal cardio (20 min post workout) to ensure that I get the best results possible.
