I was wondering. If I put my tsp of Creatine monohydrate in my protein shake<REAL THICK> and slowly drink for 15 mins, Will i get all the creatine? Or will it dissolve or dissipate or whatever cuz I heeard if you dont drink quick enough you dont get it all.

A lot of people drink it with a dilute gatorade or something along those lines.
You'd still get the creatine in a thick shake but I doubt it would be ideal.

If you don't mix it for exactly 45 seconds it will be useless and explode in your stomach. Also, do not take fish oil at the same time.
