WHY DO ALL COMPANIES DO THIS!!!! They make a great product with a fantastic ingredient list then underdose it . 30g protein 30g carbs???? A PWO drink should have 2:1 ratio and be about 40g protein and 80g carbs. I would have been a customer for like with this product but now it just doesn't make sense. Guess I will have to stick to the gainer drinks. I might pick this up when I am cutting, but cant see it as my regular PWO drink, I guess one serving would be ok for soemone under 180lbs

Focus, concentrate, lift, rest adequately, repeat. No talking.
The only way you will get smarter is by playing a smarter opponent.
The only way you will get stronger is by training with a stronger partner.
If you need to grunt while moving some heavy ass weight in the gym, go for it. I probably can't hear you anyway since I have some Black Sabbath turned to 11 in my ears.
But grunting in the locker room, especially from behind a stall door, is just fooking disturbing. Please refrain.

I used to be a big fan of the Wild Berry, but the Pina Colada taste is growing on me...
Why do they do it? Because it is most logical....
Not everybody has the same caloric needs as yourself. What about people that are dieting? Watching carbs?
Also, many are prone to having a shake and than having a PWO meal as well. Something I highly suggest, as would any. Whole foods are fantastic.
Also, you can hardly call it under dosed as you merely commented on the protein/carb ratio. Looking at the other ingredients, you will see that it is not. BCAA's, Magnesium Creatine Chelate, vitamins/minerals, etc etc...
Oh, and there are 34 grams of protein, not 30.
If a weightgainer shake is more applicable to your particular situation, feel free to keep using them. However, I am partial to using a solid PWO then going home or eating on the go.
In the end, it is all up to you and your goals. What is great about aftershock is that it gives variability to its use. It can be used while cutting, recomping, bulking...I think you got the ideaVPX Sports Representative

Just eat more later after the workout. The rest of the ingredients in Aftershock will take care of BCAA, Creatine, etc...
You simply want more cals. Well, just go home at eat more
Or, you can double-dose Aftershock depending on the seriousness of recovery/bulking that you so desire. I have been known to throw 4 scoops in PWO rather than 2. Mainly because I was rushed and couldn't eat a meal PWO, but it works
Smart is an understatement.
I think a few online stores still have them for $19.99. You can pricematch them here and get the new version.
Glad you like the ingredients
Aftershock seriously is the best PWO around.VPX Sports Representative

Hey I completely understand what you mean when you say people have diff needs, but it doesnt make sense to make a product "in the middle" that doesnt fit anyones specific needs on either end of the spectrum. For instance IMO what you should of made was a basic protein powder with 0 fat, 0 carbs, for the low carb people. Then with the AFTERSHOCK maybe make it a 4 scoop serving. Each scoop 10g protein 20g carbs(2:1 ratio), so each person could dose it accordingly. I agree the other ingredient list is awsome and love the fact you added stuff for the joints.

Yeah the flavoring has always been good. Tropical Thunder wasn't what I was expecting flavor wise, but it's very good. Can't wait to try Blue Raspberry.
Sigh always a promo after I get something lol. I have been buying hypershock for the last 4 years along with a lot of other myogenix products.. I think I deserve a myogenix shirt so I can do some in the gym pimping .
