friend told me pizza is the worst food to eat most because of the hard cheese- and that people trying to cut should stay away from hard cheese like the "black plague" lol. is this true?

Any variety of pizza with chicken toppings is fine and I eat it quite frequently. (BBQ chicken, roasted red pepper chicken, buffalo chicken, etc.)
Tomatoes = alright in paste form
Bread = Good when its whole wheat (complex carbs ftw)
Meat = Good if its a lean meat like chicken. Pepperoni and sausage arent the healthiest options.
Trans Fat = I shouldnt have to explain.
