Hey, ive been lifting for a while, cut a few times but never ha enough mass. well i finally feel like i have enough mass to cut (A year and a half ago i was 119 lbs, anorexic at about 17% bodyfat). Ill come out at about 170 10% by the end of august hopefully.
breakfast: 3 eggs, 2 toast, 2 fish oil caps
lunch: 1.5 turkey sandwiches w/ mustard
lunch: 1.5 turkey sandwiches w/ mustard
PWO: 2 scoops myofusion, 1/3 cup oats
dinner: 1 chicken breast or 145g extra lean ground beef, fat drained, and 1/4 cup dry brown rice and like 2-3 servings of veggies (broccoli, mushrooms, green pepper, onion, zucchini etc)
snack: 1 scoop myofusion, 1/4 cup oats
pre bed: 1 scoop casein, 2 fish oil caps.
2350-2400 calories, approximately 40/40/20.
refeed every other week.
Im also taking Driven Sports Lean Xtreme because I store most of my fat around my stomach, chest, and waist.

you're roughly my size and cutting with roughly what i cut with
doubt the lean extreme will help, especially with you age, you're a muscle building machine, probably an endo/meso body type...just keep on with this diet and add some more cardio if you want to shed the body fatEat Clean Snatch & Jerk

Seems good to me, try it and see how it works. You can definitely lose weight on that many calories since you're 200 pounds.
