Currently I'm 160lbs (morning) at around 12%bf (still show abs/veins easily). My ideal physique for being 5'7.5 is 165 at 6% bf with an all around build. What weight should I bulk to keeping in mind I don't put on much fat so my bf won't be that high.
I don't really want to bulk in the summer, would it be ideal to cut at 165 and then in October bulk again and hopefully be 165 cut by next summer (July 1011)? Or is that a waste of time and should not stop bulking till 175ish?
