This is my log for the "OBF" 2010 Spectacular Spring transformation contest. I was overweight really from about grade 6 until now. In the back of my mind I always knew my overeating and my lazy lifestyle wasn't healthy for me and would make an attempt at improving but lose motivation. Unfortunately for me not many of my friends are really ready to make the jump into a heathier lifestyle so please if you all could help me out to keep me motivated over this time and post in my thread that would be awesome. Over time I have a new found respect for my health and really feel that it is time to make an effort to get back into physically fit shape. My intent is to drop my current weight/BF% as much as I can while trying to keep muscle loss to a minimum. I want to tone up and slim down.
CURRENT CONDITION: (as of March 11 12:04am)
My beginning weight is 240 at 32.6% BF
My measurements are as follows:
Waist: 42 inch
Hips: 44.5 inch
Chest: 43.5 inch
Quads: 27 inches
Calfs: 18 inches
MY GOALS:
-To get below 200lbs
-Maintain as much muscle as I can
-To stick to my plan even when I am not in the mood/don't feel like it
MY PLAN:
-Stick to a healthy nutrition plan
-incrementally increased weight lifting routine
-Increase my cardiovascular endurance
-do stretch exercises everyday
-get enough sleep
-Update this thread after each days workout with a summary of what I did.
My day 1 will be Sunday March 14th - end date is July 4th
T -113 days left!

Hey there! Good luck with the contest - you have some pretty good goals!
Just wanted to give you an FYI - I saw your pics in the contest pic thread, and FWF might not accept them as you don't have the computer screen/print out showing in every picture.
