How? Its only 41 grams. You don't even really have to drink the juice, just use some onions in food you make daily.
Nothing some peppermint tea can't handle
Your math is way off. It says 0.5 GRAMS per KG of bodyweight. So for a 180 lb person thats only 42 grams of onion juice a day.

If we adjust the dose for a HED(human equivalent dose) using the BSA (body surface area) we get roughly 6 grams for a human being( yes, just 6 grams)

That would likely defeat the purpose:

Spearmint induced hypothalamic oxidative stress and testicular anti-androgenicity in male rats - altered levels of gene expression, enzymes and hormones.

Mentha spicata Labiatae, commonly known as spearmint, can be used for various kinds of illnesses in herbal medicines and food industries. One of the prominent functions of this plant extract is its anti-androgenic activity. The present study investigated the probable correlation between oxidative stress in hypothalamic region and anti-androgenic action of this plant's aqueous extract on rats. Decreased activities of enzymes like superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase and glutathione reductase in hypothalamus of treated rats indicated spearmint induced oxidative stress. Further RT-PCR and immunoblot analysis demonstrated the decreased expression of some of the steroidogenic enzymes, cytochrome P450scc, cytochrome P450C17, 3beta-Hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (3beta-HSD), 17beta-Hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (17beta-HSD) and other related proteins like, steroidogenic acute regulatory protein, androgen receptor and scavenger receptor class B-1. Further, in vitro enzyme assays demonstrated depressed activities of testicular 3beta-HSD and 17beta-HSD enzymes. Histopathology indicated a decreased sperm density in cauda epididymis and degeneration of ductus deference. Our study suggested that spearmint probably induced oxidative stress in hypothalamus resulting in decreased synthesis of LH and FSH which in turn down-regulated the production of testicular testosterone through the disruption of a number of intermediate cascades.

At some point in your life you had this idea of who you were going to be someday. That who you were going to be, secretly and unknowingly, starts to become a ball and chain behind you because it becomes who you could have been. Don’t let the burden of regret weigh your dreams down.

So as I said, 231 ounces is a TON of onion juice to drink per day. But who ever is doing it Id love to see some youtube videos of people drinking 231 ounces of that per day. Please link them here.Matt Cahill

If someone was able to identify the exact compound in onion juice that gives the benefit, isolate it, freeze dry and compact it, and put in in capsule for supplement it could be an idea?

Could be? Sounds like an idea to me
I'd drink the juice (obv. not 6 liters) if I saw some studies done on people rather than rats. They wouldn't even have to be studies, just positive results on post-bloodwork from a handful of guys--that were drinking 500 mLs, or less, of it.
As far as the original question goes: it's called a shot glass. Just be a man and slam that sh!t. Bite on a lime afterwards if you feel like puking.Last edited by allofthisforyou; 03-16-2010 at 11:37 PM.

Garlic is also a tremendously strong testosterone booster. Unfortunately you will never be able to get the active in a shelf-stored product, no matter how airtight it is

Onion juice
Man, I think that would be awful having to drink straight onion juice. To get fish oil supplements you wouldn't lick a fish, would you? Just kidding : ) What I would do is make a soup with it. There are lots of good soup recipes you could make using onion juice (in place of onions). Throw in some lentils, cabbage and other vegetables and you've got a great tasting, wholesome lunch with all the added benefits of the onions. Try it!
