Hey,
Just wondering what a good bench press weight for my size is just so I know if Im doing ok and what I should be aiming for! Im 5'9 and 154lbs around 13% bf.

Well really, benching your weight is good for your size, you might think it's not, but most people who don't workout really can't bench their weight. If you've been working out for a little while though, I would say 200lbs would be good for your weight. Of course you can surpass that though, but 200lbs would be good for your weight.
