    Jerry Brainum's Natural Anabolics

    Hi All,

    This is my first forum post and I am wanting to get some feedback on what people think of the advice offered by Jerry Brainum in his book Natural Anabolics. I cannot find too many review of what he says in this book.

    Also, does anyone have any suggestions for how his proposed supplement schedule would work for a person who does morning workouts.

    In his book Natural Anabolics, fitness expert Jerry Brainum recommends 400 milligrams of longjack once a day, preferably in the morning or before exercise.

    His recommendation is based on performing an afternoon workout (4:30pm). The recommended products, dosages and times are as follows:

    6:00am 1.5gm Beta Alanine
    6:30am Breakfast with 20-30gm Whey
    8:30am 3 caps BCAA + Testosterone booster
    9:30am Whey-casein drink 30gms
    10:30am 1.5gms Beta Alanine
    12:00pm 3 caps BCAA with lunch
    2:30pm Whey-casein drink 30gms
    4:30pm (preworkout) 6caps BCAA + 3gm creatine + 4-6gms CLA + NO booster
    6:30pm (postworkout) Creatine 3gms + Fast protein (40gms)/fast carbs
    7:30pm 4 caps BCAA with dinner
    10:00pm Whey-casein drink 20gms
