I'd vote FFEAA w/ emphasis on leucine.

Quality protein and calories are more important than amino acid supplements. BCAAs can be free form or they can be found in all the proteins you eat in polypeptide chains.

The more sources as you can get the amino's from the better. They each have there own break down. So get as many different sources as you can. 2 things about BCAA's

    1. Anytime you get a liquid is is better absorbed.
    2. Most are made from whey, as so many proteins.

Personally I do AAEFX LBA PRO for these 2 reasons.
(cutting up I eat very few red meat)
    1. it is a tasty liquid - better absorption
    2. it is made from BEEF giving me the extra make up other than fish, whey and foul.

A full spectrum of amino signatures.
here is a link for about it and why.

There are two camps: those who believe they get better results from FFBCAA, and those who believe that there is no real tangible benefit of FFBCAA over protein bound BCAA.

Alan Aragon has been a big promoter of just using protein bound BCAA. In this month's AARR he laid out the comparison pretty clearly. I heard most of his thoughts on it before, but I never heard him discuss the issue that using supplemental FFBCAA can actually trigger hunger, and he even cited as an example, that it is given to anorexic patients to get them eating more. It was the first time that I heard that particular aspect. If you are truly interested in this topic, it would be worth the $10 for you to sign up and get his Research Review.
