So I was thinking of a way to bulk and cut at the same time. I think I have a way, but I need input on this.
My workout would look like this:
Monday: Chest, Back, Hamstrings
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: Quads, Calves, Shoulders
Thursday: Cardio
Friday: Bi's + Tri's
Saturday: Cardio
Sunday: Off
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Monday: Deadlifts, Stiff-legged deadlifts, Good mornings
Wednesday: Cleans, Squats
Weight days I will consume 4000cals, and cardio days I will consume 1800cals. Would this work? Macros I haven't worked out, I want a few ideas on this before I even do that.
What you guys think?
