we should wait and see the results from real people trying this product. people are always bashing new products even though there are scientific studies proving effectiveness. there are many other factors that could either increase or decrease a supplements effects. i have had great success with HMB because it goes well with my type of workout. i would get sore after doing roundhouse kicks until an incense completely burns. if we stop sifu makes us run a mile or do pushups for 2 minutes. i'm gonna wait for someone to come forward with real results like everyone else.

I think it may be limited not like HMB but like Ribose...the price is astounding for the results that will come...or i'm guessing will come
