    how to not puke

So today was my first day in kick boxing and I puked twice!! Was it because I didn't eat enough, not enough water? idk but i thought it was pretty embarassing and I want to know how to stop it so it doesn't happen again.

It may be a hydration issue, but most likely its an issue with your body's ability to uptake oxygen.

    Hi,

It could have been dehydration or eating too close to the exercise or not eating enough.
However, I used to get close to puking during kickboxing due to intensity of the exercise. My trainer used to work me to the ground and was not having no for an answer. When my hear rate used to go up to ~195bpm I used to feel sick. More I trained better it got and I hardly ever feel sick these days.
