Since we are heading into winter in Australia, hoodies would be awsome.

But a Scivation gym bag would be good.

Buy Versa Straps (Serious) best things ever to be made. Rob let me borrow them for 1 set and I was sold on them at the Arnold. Best move I have ever made when it comes to lifting straps.

If they are like the ones in the bb.com store that would be awesome. Need something to carry my workout book + straps in for when I hit the gym. The BB.com bags you get for ordering are not very durable. Sounds good.!

    Rob,

I'd love to see a Scivation/Xtend labeled oversize shaker or larger water jug that is ideal for mixing up the recommended 4 scoops of Xtend with 32 ounces of water. Most shakers, including the Scivation Whey shaker I use, only holds about 20-24 ounces of water.

I know a lot of guys just use a big gallon jug to mix up there Xtend, but then your not pimpin' out the Scivation name while hitting the gym.

I think a Xtend/Scivation branded jug/mixer for the optimal 4 scoops of Xtend would be Money!

Buy Versa Straps (Serious) best things ever to be made. Rob let me borrow them for 1 set and I was sold on them at the Arnold. Best move I have ever made when it comes to lifting straps.
    Ordered!

I have been looking for better straps (Harbinger) because they were limiting my deads and bb calf raises. I figured I just needed stronger forearms. Will my forearm strength suffer/plateau because of quality straps?

nope. Just continue to work your forearms like they should be worked.....as a separate muscle!

I tried four scoops of Quake today. Four heaping scoops.

    disappointed/10

Drank 30 mins before cardio sesh as Wed is my off day in the gym, waited for the energy and it did not come. I was pretty sad.

That being said I still have mad love for team Scivation and all your other products (just ordered some knockout pumped on that arriving, have not tried it yet), but quake just literally passed through me like water. I am going to try again tomorrow, but I really dont think anything different is going to happen as I literally felt nothing.
Lifting to put on size/strength for MMA. Been training since I was 5, and currently looking for a training partner @UCLA.

Did you turn on your ipod, and blast some heavy metal while firing yourself up to start with...This stuff does take some self release of energy, it just doesnt pick you up and go. A lot of people believe it will, and not sure why, but sometimes it takes a little self effort to start the engine

I have actually responded better to 2 scoops instead of a higher dosage. Try lowering the dosage as well

I definitely tried to pump myself up. Before I do my cardio (Muay Thai w/ Bas Rutten Screaming at you via workout tape) I warm up, blast music, and scream my head off because to get through 7 rounds (3minutes each) @high intensity is ridiculously hard. If you can do it without getting feeling like your going to die, you are not hitting the bag hard enough.

Screaming continues through each round, despite the fact people look at me like I am crazy because the heavy bag is placed in the racquetball court area.

Dont know why Quake is not working, other preworkouts have proven successful

Hmmm. Will try. I have tried 3 scoops, and then 4 scoops. Guess I can try 2 scoops as I have nothing to lose by it

Is that what you have to do? I've never heard that. Pre Workouts that I've responded to didn't require 'starting the engine'.
