Hey Marc i been on vacation so i haven't been able to check frequently like i normally do. Looks like your still kicking ass and taking names. No big shocker there. I was wondering if sometime later this year your planning on releasing another flavor of Quake 10.0. I love the current one but it would be nice to switch it up with something else. Also, i know your making a Chicago trip this summer. Would love to catch up with you since i'm in Naperville.

It's not necessary unless it's pre-cardio. Where Yohimbe HCL carries its weight in spades is in fat mobilization...and you use it pre-cardio to mobilize fat (more specifically it is REALLY good at mobilizing stubborn fat) and then burn the fat via cardio before it gets stored again

Okay all of you Chicago-area FREAKS!
We will set up a workout/meal with the Lobliners and the freaks. There is a World Gym right in Elgin on the main road.
I am thinking Sunday, August 1 would be ideal since we will be going to some concert that weekend, like some Bon Jovi or something (I have no freaking clue and have never even been to a concert before). On Sunday, we meet up at the gym, CRUSH IT, then I will take everyone who shows up out to a nice post-workout meal. I will get my brother, Katie and myself to rock this. We will pay your gym fees, etc.
So anyone in Chicago-land, post here and let me know if you're in!

Short Term Bodybuilding Goal: Stay in striking-distance of contest shape while maintaining photo-shoot, guest posing and video-shoot conditioning at all times while gaining lean mass.
Long Term Bodybuilding Goal: NO competing until 2012. Move up to heavyweight class and achieve a bodyweight of 250lbs at around 8-10 percent bodyfat (I am 5'7" tall).
--NOTE! I will be training 5-6 days per week on average now with cardio as desired.
Training: ALL AGS-10 with some added volume.
Diet Targets. Playtime is over. This diet will be followed as if I were precontest. All meals will be perfect. This is where I start the process to earn my IFBB pro card in November, 2012.
Diet Strategy: ALL clean foods and whole foods. No processed crap at all. No caloric sauces. This is what makes good bulks go bad. I will eat ALL meals with whole foods and no additives. No one ever got fat off of chicken and a plain baked potato! I consider Solution 5 and Scivation Whey to fit as whole food. In fact, most meals will be Solution 5 and Oatmeal due to convenience, amazing taste, and dietary perfection.
Supplements: SOME of what I will take (these are daily staples). ALL Scivation and Primaforce!!
Xtend: 6 scoops during training, 6 scoops throughout the day.
Quake 10.0: 4 scoops PreWO.

Hi Marc, long time lurker on your thead.
Obviously I dont post too much but just wanted say how great I think it is for you to offer to pay for ppls gym fees as well as a PWO dinner - top man. Shame more supplement companies dont have Scivation principles.
Also, any plans to visit the UK?
Do you have any offical UK based vendors? It can be kinda tough to find your products unless you willing to pay for shipping to the UK.

lol, of course you cant list them here, my bad.
Just one more thought I wanted to share with you, I've been backpacking around the world for the last 7 months while trying to keep in shape (managed to gain a decent amount of LBM while I have been away from home), I find your work ethic and commitment to the sport while not being at home a real morale boost esp when I cant be bothered to go find a gym (which can be difficult in some places, China comes to mind!)
