when coming off a show marc, did you and derek just slowly add carbs to meals that were carb absent before, lil at a time or what?

Makes sense, my prep diet has been a bit different than what you roll with, i've been around 300g carbs and 300g protein and maybe 40g fat for the majority of this prep and just trying to figure out the best way to rebound, where to add cals/fat/carbs etc. Can't wait to see what the next couple years bring man, looking forward to seeing some sick progress.

Short Term Bodybuilding Goal: Stay in photoshoot shape while maintaining photo-shoot, guest posing and video-shoot conditioning at all times while gaining lean mass.

Thats what i was getting at with my earlier post. Its yeah yummy, but i know with how much water you drink and so on, haha its actually hard. haha its a lot easier to throw down a weight gainer! but thats now what your about! Doing it right and and doing it Clean!

At first I was a bit disapointed when hearing that one of my staples, Vaso, was being discontinued but after reading so many positive reviews of Quake I cant wait for my supply to run out so I can order me some Quake!
